El Gran Hotel Merida

Everything was simply good. Liked almost every detail, including location and amenities, they where great!

As for me, staff and location were very good. They made my stay fantastic.

It was worth its 3 stars. The place was majestic and characterful and the staff were courteous, the location was absolutely perfect close to everything. Variety of food, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. Great hall.

We enjoyed the charming staff and the location was unbeatable. Stayed in warm king room with a balcony, good beds and TV. The staff created a quiet atmosphere.

The venue is stunningly beautiful and cool, its location is perfect, short walk to the main sightseeings, the park, old town. Really great stay, no complaints whatsoever, we recommend.

The hall was magnificent, I really enjoyed it. The restaurant was small, nice service, cheap food. Simple location, not too far away from paseo montejo. It was also set near a cathedral and a museum. Had no problem using their secure parking, the internet was great.

the breakfast was extensive with eggs, cheese and fresh fruit, the bed was spacious. the views were unforgettable. this accommodation had a central setting.

Location and rooms were in general beautiful. I slept so comfy in the nice bed. I loved impressive hall. Restaurant was terrific.

The bathroom was tiny.

Appreciated this place, it was neat and had fabulous staff and location. The bed was perfect and it was great having fridge, balcony and WiFi. Downstairs bar was great. You could walk to shops and a market. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was outstanding.

Very-very nice staff, appetising food. Incredibly beautiful view, a small balcony, very comfy bed, too. There were shops and the markets around the hotel. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, HISTORIC location.

Appreciated the lobby, it had starbucks. La chaya maya, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. View looking over garden was the reason we booked executive suite. Besides, we parked the car nearby. Would stay there again based on awsome location and rooms.

A QUIET hotel in a beautiful setting with a huge variety little extras. The reception staff was doing a nice job. We enjoyed our suite. The place is 0.2 miles away from Mérida downtown.

los trompos is set 900 feet away from the property. wonderful location, decent rates. some of popular places such as zoologico de mulsay park were so close to this venue. it took only 5 minutes to walk to paradero vergel bus stop.

The location was great, with La Chaya Maya nearby. The staff was friendly and that's why we recommend it: D
